Shadowbrook is located in the metro west area of Massachusetts in the Town of Milford close to the intersection of route 495 and the Mass Pike. Milford has a mix of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Shadowbrook is located on 33 acres of mature forest. Huckleberry brook runs through the property. Shadowbrook has direct access to the Charles River Pathway. Shadowbrook was built in the early 1970’s as garden style apartment complex before being converted to condominiums in August 1982. There are 360 units with one to three bedrooms.

MAKING SHADOWBROOK A PLEASANT AND SAFE PLACE TO LIVE IS THE MEASURE OF OUR SUCCESS
An elected Board of five volunteer unit owners governs Shadowbrook. Each year at an annual meeting, normally held in May, two or more of the seats are up for election. Monthly meetings are held by the Trustees and managing agent to review the finances, daily operations and plans for future projects. The Trustees review unit owner requests, ratify the operation budget and allocate funds to replacement reserves.
Shadowbrook is managed by Thayer & Associates of Cambridge, MA. The Property is staffed with an on-site Property Manager, Assistant Manager and two maintenance workers for day-to-day operations. The office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any calls made after business hours are automatically forward to an answering service. Security and on-call staff assists residents after hours.
