The indoor heated pool is open throughout the year. The depth is from 4ft to 9 ½ft.  A men’s and women’s sauna, along with a gym and a ping pong table are also in the Clubhouse area. There is a function room available to residents for parties and the pool can be rented during off hours.

The playground is located at the end of the parking lot by Door 19. A key for the Playground can be purchased in the office for $2.00.

The double tennis court across from the Clubhouse is open seasonally until 10:00 p.m. Security staff controls the evening lights. To arrange for the lights to be turned on call the office at 508-473-1784 and ask the answering service to have security meet you at the courts. A key for the Tennis court can be purchased at the office for $2. Only tennis is permitted in this area.
